These terms cover the CTE Intelligence Platform (“the CRM”), the private business system Cross Texas Electric LLC uses to run its electrical contracting work: its customers, properties, jobs, estimates, schedule, invoices and payments. By signing in to the CRM, or by using a page of it that we send you, you agree to these terms.
Who may use the CRM
The CRM is for the people who work for Cross Texas Electric, and only by invitation. Each account belongs to one person.
- Keep your password, your sign-in links and your two-step verification codes to yourself.
- Sign out of a shared device when you are done.
- Tell the owner straight away if you think someone else has used your account, or if you lose a phone you use to sign in.
A customer who opens an estimate link we send uses only that page. The estimate, and the customer’s acceptance of it, set out the work and the price; these terms add nothing to them.
Using it properly
- Use the CRM only for Cross Texas Electric’s work.
- Open and change only the records your work needs, and keep what you see about customers inside the business.
- Do not try to get around the sign-in, the roles that decide what each person can see and do, or any other protection, and do not copy information out of the CRM except as your work requires.
- Enter information that is true and complete, as far as you know it.
The records belong to the business
Everything kept in the CRM, including customers, properties, jobs, estimates, invoices, payments, photos, documents and recordings, is a business record of Cross Texas Electric LLC. How it is kept, and what is shared with outside services, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Google Maps features and content
The CTE Intelligence Platform includes Google Maps features and content.
Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current versions of the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
The CRM uses Google Maps Platform to show the weather, and any public weather alerts, for the places of scheduled jobs, and to suggest addresses while one is being typed. Its Directions buttons open Google Maps itself.
Weather, alerts and address suggestions come from Google and from the agencies Google names, and are shown as they are received. They can be wrong or late. Use your own judgment on the job, and follow the issuing agency for any warning.
Changes and availability
Cross Texas Electric provides the CRM for its own business, as it is. We may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time, including features that come from outside services such as Google.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the CRM after a change means you accept the new terms.
Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
