This lightning protection installation on a ranch property in Staples, TX holds special significance — it was the job that led to the creation of Legacy Lightning Protection, our dedicated lightning protection division operated with co-owner Cory Farrell.
The system features Harger UL-listed air terminals mounted across the metal building roof with properly spaced copper conductor runs and buried ground electrodes. Metal buildings conduct lightning directly — a Class I system provides a controlled path to ground that protects the structure and everyone inside.
